Authorize to enter into an agreement with Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc., Manchester, NH, in an amount not to exceed $2,750,000 to provide as needed engineering and technical support services for repair/reconstruction projects on state owned dams. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2026. 54.5% American Rescue Plan Act Funds and 45.5% Capital (General) Funds.
