Authorize to accept and expend federal funds from the American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds, in the amount of $750,000, to create an appeals portal for individuals and department employees, with key functions such as making hearing requests, uploading documentation, appointment scheduling, sending notices, task management, dashboard tracking and reporting. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. (2) Further authorize the allocation of the funds in the accounts as detailed in the letter dated October 4, 2022. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 14, 2022.
