Description
Authorize to enter into a retroactive, sole source contract with GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc., Norwood, MA, in the amount of $12,268, for the completion of an environmental site assessment and drain line and catch basin system evaluation at Hampstead Hospital, as was required prior to the acquisition of Hampstead Hospital by the department. Effective January 27, 2022, upon G&C approval though April 30, 2022. 100% General Funds.
