Description
Authorize the Health Facilities Administration to accept and expend $57,914 in Federal Funds and $43,392 in Other Funds for the provision of statewide construction and plan review services for health facility and long-term care facility compliance with various construction codes. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. (2) Further authorize the allocation of the funds in the accounts as detailed in the letter dated August 30, 2022. 57% Federal Funds and 43% Other Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 14, 2022.
