Description
Authorize to hold an organized meeting on October 29, 2022, by conducting the one-day Caregiver Conference, “It’s A New Day,” for a total conference cost not to exceed $23,043.36. Effective upon G&C approval, through October 30, 2023. (2) Further authorize to enter into a sole source contract with the Capital Hotel Company, Concord, NH, in the amount of $23,043.36 to provide rental space, audio/visual equipment, and catering services during the on-day Caregiver Conference. Effective upon G&C approval through October 30, 2023, with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
