Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Maxim Healthcare Staffing Services, Inc., Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/22/21, item #20A), for the continued provision of temporary Youth Counselors to support the Sununu Youth Services Center, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $500,000 from $846,720 to $1,346,720 and by extending the competition date from October 31, 2022 to April 30, 2023. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds.
