Description
Authorize to enter into contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated September 28, 2022 in an amount not to exceed $744,552 for the provision of In-Home Care services, In-Home Health Aide services, and the provision of supports for necessary supplies to mitigate COVID-19 transmission. Effective retroactive to October 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024, with an option to renew for up to four (4) additional years. 52.50% Federal Funds and 47.50% General Funds.
