Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a contract with Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation (COAST), an amount not to exceed $100,000, to provide a portion of the non-Federal Funds required to match Federal Transit Administration grant funds for eligible revenue rolling stock to support COAST. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2025. 100% State Capital Funds.
