Description
Authorize to enter into contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated October 5, 2022 in an amount not to exceed the shared price limitation of $150,000 to provide Dental Anesthesia Inspection services, statewide for the OPLC. Effective upon G&C approval though June 30, 2023, with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional years. No minimum or maximum individual contract amounts are guaranteed. 100% Agency Funds.
