Authorize the Division of Ports and Harbors to amend a previously approved item (originally approved by G&C on 11/22/21, Item #58), to alter the purpose of the use of a portion of the funds, in the amount of $500,000 to satisfy the mitigation requirement and keep the project on schedule. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 14, 2022.
