Authorize to accept and expend funds in the amount of $6,401,610 in American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds for the Judicial Branch to be used on courthouse security upgrades, increased remote resource access, and improved access to civil legal resources for populations adversely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 14, 2022.
