Authorize to accept and expend funds in the amount not to exceed $20,022,503 in American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds for a Community Center Investment Program that will provide funding to centers that enables investment in equipment, capital infrastructure, and other costs as they adapt to the effects of the COVID-19 health crisis and continue to offer essential services. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 14, 2022.
