Description
Authorize to enter into retroactive, sole source amendments to existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated September 16, 2025 (originally approved by G&C on 3/27/24, Item #13 ), to continue providing coalition operation support services focused on prevention and reduction of substance use by youth, by exercising available contract renewal options by increasing the total price limitation by $320,000 from $320,000 to $640,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
