Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to accept and expend American Rescue Plan Act State Fiscal Recovery Funds in the amount of $175,000 for the purchase of a new trash collection and compaction truck vehicle. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 14, 2022.
