Description
Authorize to amend a previously approved item (originally approved by G&C on 6/15/22, Item #107) to establish two (2) additional full time temporary positions to aid in implementing two NHDES programs that assist communities and individuals impacted by Per-and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) contamination – the PFAS Remediation Loan Fund Program and the PFAS Rebate Program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. This is a no cost amendment. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 14, 2022.
