Description
Authorize to enter into an agreement with AECOM Technical Services, Inc., Chelmsford, MA in an amount not to exceed $3,750,000 to provide as needed engineering and technical support services for repair/reconstruction projects on dams owned by the State of NH. Effective upon G&C approval though December 31, 2026. 40% American Rescue Plan Act Funds and 60% Capital (General) Funds.
