Authorize to enter into an agreement with GEI Consultants, Inc., Woburn, MA, in an amount not to exceed $2,750,000 to provide as needed engineering and technical support services for repair/reconstruction projects on state-owned dams. Effective upon G&C approval though December 31, 2026. 72.7% American Rescue Plan Act Funds and 27.3% Capital (General) Funds.
