Description
Authorize to award a grant to the Town of Hampton in the amount not to exceed $1,840,000 for the WWTF Phase II Upgrades project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with the Town of Hampton in an amount not to exceed $13,860,000 to finance WWTF Phase II Upgrades Project. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
