Description
Authorize to award a grant to Whispering Brook Homeowners Association in the amount not to exceed $60,000 for needed water system improvements at the Whispering Brook water system in Bartlett, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize a loan agreement with Whispering Brook Homeowners Association, Jackson, NH, in the amount not to exceed $240,000 to finance water system improvements subject to conditions as outlined in the letter dated September 26, 2022. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% CWSRF Repayment Funds.
