Description
Authorize the Division of Learner Support to amend a sole source contract with KaiPod Learning Inc., Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 5/4/22, Item #83), by increasing the amount by $1,048,000 from $400,000 to $1,448,000 to increase the implementation of the Connecting Bright Futures Program to support 3rd-12th grade online learners through in-person learning pods and academic enrichment. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2024. 100% Federal Funds.
