Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into grant agreements with the counties and municipalities as detailed in the letter dated September 30, 2022, for a total amount of $1,200,000 for the investigation and apprehension of individuals or organizations that are involved in narcotics-related drug use and trafficking. Effective upon G&C approval, full contract execution, and grantee funding acceptance through June 30, 2023. 100% General Funds.
