Authorize to amend a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of NH, Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11-22-21, item#86), for the Floor Smart Seacoast Project by extending the completion date to March 31, 2024 from March 31, 2023 and revising the scope of work to include additional reporting deliverables. Effective upon G&C approval. This is a no-cost amendment. 100% Federal Funds.
