Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sub award agreement with Guidehouse, Inc., Falls Church, VA, (originally approved by G&C on 6/16/21, item #64), for a continuation of consultation services to assist GOFERR and other relevant state and local government entities with ongoing work, helping to maximize the federal funding currently available through the American Rescue Plan Act State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund. Effective for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, with no change to the price limitation. 100% Federal Funds.
