Description
Authorize to amend an agreement with the Lake Sunapee Protective Association, Sunapee, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 9/11/20, item #33) for the Lake Sunapee Watershed Plan Implementation Phase 1: Davis Hill Road, Garnet Hill Road, and Mt. Sunapee Resort Best Management Practices project by removing tasks 6 and 18 and reallocating those funds to tasks 8, 10, and 12. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
