Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to amend a contract with GM2 Associates, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7/10/24, Item #19, archived document ), for final design and associated environmental services to replace a red-listed bridge in the Town of North Hampton, NH, by increasing the fee from $1,301,601.32 to $1,426,749.19 in the amount of $125,147.67. Effective upon G&C approval. Fee increase only, no additional time required. 100% Federal Funds
