Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way’s petition for a hearing on the proposed safety improvements on Lowell Road (Route 3A), roadway widening Right-of-Way as well as the Circumferential Highway on ramp in Hudson. A Commission of Three persons should be appointed by the Governor and Council to hold a hearing, and shall determine whether there is occasion for the laying out of the roadway widening, with a suggested budget of $479.25.
