Authorize to amend an existing contract with Baker Newman & Noyes PA LLC, Portland, ME (originally approved by G&C on 6-10-20, item #19), to continue providing Medicare cost reporting consulting services, by increasing the price by $38,000 from $37,800 to $75,800 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2022 to June 30, 2024. 70% General, 30% Other Funds (Provider Fees/Intra-Agency Revenue).
