Authorize to accept and expend federal funds from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to fund Detection & Mitigation of COVID in Confinement Facilities as mandated by the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 in the amount of $1,470,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on December 17, 2021.
