Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Lumovy Technology Solutions, LLC, formerly known as Illumina Technology Solutions LLC, Portland, OR (originally approved by G&C on 8/30/24, Item #90, archived document ), for technical consulting, support, and maintenance services of its Microsoft Dynamics 365-based system by increasing the price limitation by $2,118,996.78 from $10,558,073.29 to $12,677,070.07 with no change to the contract completion date.
