Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Public Assistance Grant Program funds in the amount of $6,936,491 from the Federal Emergency for severe storms and flooding July 17-19, 2021 and severe storms and flooding July 29-30, 2021. (2)Further authorize to create seven temporary full-time positions to assist with Public Assistance grant administration. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on December 17, 2021.
