Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds in the amount of $10,236,362 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for COVID-19. (2)Further authorize to create three temporary full-time positions to assist with Hazard Mitigation grant administration. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on December 17, 2021.
