Authorize to accept and expend a Federal Fiscal Year 2020 grant, in the amount of $560,253, and a Federal Fiscal Year 2021 grant, in the amount of $227,306, for a total of $787,559 from the US Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Statistics, National Criminal History Improvement Program Grant, for the purpose of upgrading and/or maintaining existing criminal history technology systems and to purchase Livescan fingerprinting machines, maintained at the Department of Safety. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. (2)Further authorize to subgrant $217,538 to the NH Department of Safety, from the Federal Fiscal Year 2020 US Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Statistics, National Criminal History Improvement Program Grant, for the purpose of purchasing ten Livescan fingerprinting machines. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on December 17, 2021.
