Authorize to enter into a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of NH Institute for Health Policy and Practice, Durham, NH, to provide facilitation services so the State Employee and Retiree Health Benefit Plan can, as a member of the NH Purchasers Group on Health, evaluate local and national trends in value-based purchasing including health care cost containment strategies, employer coalition initiatives, and contracting strategies, in an amount not to exceed $35,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 42% General, 20% Federal, 3% Enterprise, 14% Highway, 1% Turnpike, 20% Other Funds.
