Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Weatherguard Industries, North Hampton Massachusetts, for Roof Replacements and Exterior Repairs at 19 Pillsbury Street, 101 Pleasant Street, and 64 South Street, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $486,000. (2)Further authorize the amount of $15,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $501,000. Effective upon G&C approval through July 29, 2022. 100% Capital Funds.
