Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Engineered Construction Services Inc., Raymond, ME, for the REBID Heating System Improvements, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $717,811. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $108,000 for unanticipated modifications, bringing the total to $825,811. (3)Further authorize the amount of $23,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering services provided, bringing the total to $848,811. 100% Revolving Funds.
