TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Wheeler, seconded by Councilor Gatsas, voted to table the request of the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with W J Riegel Rail Solutions LLC, Selkirk, NY, for railway-highway reconstruction in Wilton, on the basis of a single bid of $1,350,763.97. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $67,538.20 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 26, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
