Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with The Brattleboro Retreat, Brattleboro, VT, to operate as a Designated Receiving Facility by providing acute, inpatient psychiatric services to children and youth between 5-17 years of age, in the amount of $684,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022, with the option to renew for up to 4 additional years. 100% Federal Funds.
