Authorize to amend an existing contract with Northern Human Services, Conway, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-19, item #78B), to expand collaborative approaches to supporting families with young children experiencing complex stressor, and modify the scope of services to include additional populations, to further support staff training activities for Home Visiting Services to children and families in the North Country Community Collaborations to Strengthen and Preserve Families program, by increasing the price by $200,000 from $400,000 to $600,000, with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2023. 50% Federal, 50% General Funds.
