Authorize the Division of Operations to enter into a contract amendment with TELUS Communications Inc., St. John’s, Canada, for Automatic Vehicle Location System services for the Bureau of Turnpikes, Highway Maintenance, and Mechanical Services within the Division of Operations, by increasing the amount by $177,412.70 from $364,858.05 to $542,270.75. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2022. 100% Highway Funds.
