Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 1.90+/- acre parcel of state-owned land with improvements in the Town of Windham to Al Letizio Jr and/or assigns (Grantee) for $1,190,000 plus a $1,100 administrative fee. (2)Further authorize to compensate Keller Williams Coastal Realty from the proceeds of the sale in the amount of $47,600 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval. Originally purchased with 90% Federal, 10% Highway Funds.
