Description
Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a retroactive lease agreement with Scenic Cove Condominium Association (Hilliard Road, Laconia, NH), for the use of state-owned railroad property in Laconia, NH along Lake Winnipesaukee, in the amount of $26,477.50, plus a one-time administrative fee of $1,100. Effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025.
