Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Weaver Brothers Construction Co Inc., Bow, NH, for bridge replacement in Bennington, on the basis of a low bid of $723,150.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $36,157.53 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
