Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Weaver Brothers Construction Co Inc., Bow, NH, for roadway and bridge reconstruction, on the basis of a low bid of $4,872,068.71. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $341,044.81 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 20, 2023. 100% Federal Funds.
