Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with K5 Corporation, Rockland, MA, for durable pavement marking restriping on Tier 1 roads in Districts 2 and 5, on the basis of a low bid of $1,452,772.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $72,638.63 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 12, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
