Description
Authorize the Division of Learner Support to amend a contract with Prenda Inc., Mesa, AZ (Informational Item EE, G&C 6-30-21), allowing District Microschools to lease space for programing, allowing Prenda to offer summer programming for learning loss, and clarifying the First Program Day of enrollment to be when the student begins in person instruction in a Microschool, by extending the end date from September 30, 2022 to September 30, 2024, and reducing the not to exceed amount by $250,000 from $6,000,000 to $5,750,000. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
