Authorize, contingent upon approval of requested action #2, the Long Term Care Ombudsman to create one new part-time position for the Ombudsmen program. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $49,750 from the American Rescue Plan for Ombudsman Program under Title VII of the OAA. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2023. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on November 19, 2021.
