Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Netsmart Technologies Inc., Overland Park, KS (originally approved by G&C on 11-4-15, item #9), for the continued provision of hardware, licensed software system hosting and professional services as part of the NH Hospital Electronic Health Record, Pharmacy Management and Health Information Technology Solution, by increasing the price limitation by $583,056.11 from $4,903,237.19 to $5,486,293.30 and by extending the completion date from November 30, 2021 to August 31, 2022. 100% Other Funds (Agency Fees and Intra-Agency Transfers).
