Description

Authorize to amend an existing contract with Community Action Program Belknap Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 10-23-19, item #23), for the ongoing provision of Permanent Housing and Supportive Services to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness through the Federal Continuum of Care Program, by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price by $185,162 from $360,292 to $545,454 and by extending the completion date from November 30, 2021 to November 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
