Authorize to amend an existing agreement with OZ Systems USA, LLC, Arlington, TX (originally approved by G&C on 12-2-20, item #20), for the development, implementation and support of an integrated data management system for infant and newborn hearing screening programs, by increasing the price by $97,000 from $242,450 to $339,450 with no change to the completion date of November 30, 2022. 100% Federal Funds.
