Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to enter into a contract with Alliance Group Inc., Essex Jct, VT, for HVAC Control System Inspection and Services at facilities maintained by the Bureau of Turnpikes, on the basis of a low bid in the amount of $95,050. Effective upon G&C approval, or July 1, 2021, whichever is later, through June 30, 2023. 100% Turnpike Funds.
